Many parking companies tend to target the domain automatically and not take into account anything but the domain name itself. Their systems tend to target domains that sound quite obvious in its name based on the keyword in the domain name itself.
However, this does not always target your domain name to the best of its ability. The problems with targeting the domain name based on its name itself are
1. Parking systems tend to choose keywords of low paying ads decreasing your revenue overall.
2. Target your domain(s) to something totally different from what your visitors are searching for that ultimately decreases your CTR (Click through ratio) leading to lower revenue.
